National Supreme Court addresses NEC to announce final results for South Kordofan

Period for request for appeals against the initial results of the complementary elections in South Kordofan State for the post of Governor and the legislative Council has expired, announced the National Supreme Court, Appeals Department.

The Judge at the National Supreme Court, Mahgoub Al-Amin Al-Fakki said the court did not receive any appeal; therefore, it addressed the National Election Commission (NEC) to implement its jurisdictions according to Article 82 of the Election law stipulating the announcement of the final results of the complementary elections in South Kordofan State.
