South Kordofan preliminary election results to be announced on Sunday

South Kordofan High Elections Committee will announce the preliminary results of the state's gubernatorial and parliamentary elections on Sunday, its Chairperson, Adam Abdin, told Radio Miraya on Thursday. He added that the final results will be announced by the National Electoral Commission on June 4th. The Committe is ready to review the comments of the election observers and the political parties, he said.

Meanwhile, the Supervisor of the state's Electoral Security Committee, Tawo Kanjila, said that the political parties in South Kordofan have agreed to accept the results without any violence.
