Sudan Airways launches its flights to Kadugli

The Sudan Airways Company launched Saturday its flights to Kadugli, capital of South Kordofan State, with the participation of official and people's delegation, led by State Minister at the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs Ahmed Haroun, State Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Trade Salman Suliman Al-Safi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sudan Airways Company Al-Sharief Ahmed Omer Badr and Secretary General of Unity Support Fund Yahya Hussein.

Two Fokkers 50 planes landed at Kadugli Airport Saturday and were received by Wali (Governor) of South Kordofan State Omer Suliman and members of his government and community leaders.

The official and people's leadership of South Kordofan State, interviewed by SUNA correspondent who accompanied the flight, affirmed that the line is considered as a real support to peace in the state and would boost contacts between Kadugli and other towns.
