GoSS meets today to examine Presidency's decision to hold census on the 22nd this month

The presidency decided in a meeting held yesterday in Khartoum to go ahead with the census exercise in all the country after changing its starting date to the 22nd of this month.
The meeting was held late last night in the presence of President Al-Bashir and first vice president Salva Kiir Mayardit.
The Minister of the Presidential Affairs in the government of southern Sudan, Dr. Luka Biong, said that the Government of South Sudan will meet today to examine the Presidency's decision to start the Census on the 22nd this month.
Dr.Luka told Miraya FM that he expects the Government to approve the Presidency’s decision after taking into account the demands sought by the Government of the South.
