North-South border dispute threatens CPA

The President of the government of southern Sudan, Slava Kiir Mayardit, said that the North-South border dispute continues to be a threat to the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA).
As skirmishes between the Missiriya tribes and the Sudan Peoples Liberations Army (SPLA) continue to take place over the issue.
Mr. Kiir was speaking at the Governor’s Forum in Juba.
