Luka: Washington informs Salva that ABC report final

The GoSS Minister of Presidential Affairs Dr. Luka Biong said the US Administration (Secretary of State Rice) has assured FVP and GoSS President Salva Kiir that the ABC report is final. Biong said the stances of the SPLM and US Administration on Abyei are similar.
