SPLM breakaway member from Nuba Mountains brigadier Talafon KOKO accuses the movement of enforcing 68 officers to work in the south on allegation that they had to be trained in Rumbak.

He said SPLM has been exploiting and cheating Nuba's elements for 20 years ago in favor of resolving southern dispute. Again he said SPLM is now keeping six Darfurian rebel movements in Juba for propaganda and political maneuver.

However brigadier KOKO advised SPLM resolved its own internal differences first before seeking mediation to resolving other party's disputes.
