South Kordofan State's Wali Receives World Bank Delegation

The Wali (governor) of South Kordofan State, Omer Suleiman Adam, Monday received in his office a delegation of the World Bank which is currently visiting the state to prepare documents on a project to support the small-scale farmers in the rain-fed sector.
Representative of the federal Ministry of Agriculture, Mohamed Yousif Mohamed, in a press statement pointed out that the project deals with support to all the agricultural services and small-scale farmers in the traditional agricultural sector.
It is to be noted that the World Bank is due to extend thirty million dollars in support of agriculture in six states among them is South Kordofan State.
