Existence of Popular Defense Forces endangering stability of South Kordofan

The Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Council of South Kordofan State, Siddik Mansour Al-Nayir, said the existence of the Popular Defense Forces in the State is unconstitutional. Al-Nayir said the forces are endangering the stability of the State and violating the Security Arrangements.
