Renewed clashes in central Sudan

There have been renewed clashes between the SPLA and the Hawazmah tribe in South Kurdufan State. Reportedly, Hawazmah nomads attacked a tractor carrying labourers to an SPLA farm yesterday.
An SPLA sergeant was killed in the incident and another soldier injured while the tractor had sustained serious damages.
Meanwhile, the Hawazmah nomads have blocked the South Kurdufan State Habila-Dilling road.
Ummah Party chairman and the leader of the Hawazmah, Azazz al-Imam, told Akhir Lahzah that 500 head of cattle were rustled yesterday and that the rustlers hadgone to the Gilid area where the SPLM headquarter is located.
